Refund Policy

For Benjamin Development classes & workshops

Cancellations by you

We understand that plans change. The following schedule applies to all education bookings:

15+ days before class: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method, less a 5% administration fee.

7–14 days before class: 50% refund, or transfer your spot to a future class of equal value.

Less than 7 days before class: No refund. You may transfer your registration to another person at no charge.

No-shows: No refund or credit will be issued.

Cancellations by us

If we cancel or reschedule a class, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date at no cost. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation expenses incurred.

Unforeseen circumstances

In the event a class is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control — including severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government-mandated restrictions — we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

A transfer to the next available class date of equal value.

A credit toward a future Benjamin Development class, valid for 12 months.

Refunds are not guaranteed in these situations, but we will always work with you to find a fair solution. We appreciate your understanding that some events are simply outside anyone’s control.

Non-refundable

Deposits on custom or private group bookings. These are non-refundable unless the booking is cancelled at least 30 days in advance, in which case a refund will be issued less a 5% administration fee.

How to request a refund

Contact us with your booking confirmation number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

This policy applies to all education classes and workshops offered by Benjamin Development. Policies are subject to change. By completing your booking, you agree to the terms above.
